Upon arrival staff was very unprofessional , they had there young children yelling in back room . When i had picked up the uhaul the staff did not come check the gas tank or back to ensure that it was clean. The gas tank was at 3 quarters of a tank . When i arrived to the location where i was picking up items the back was filthy full of cat litter and cat food an the pacing blanket was all open and it was just a mess. I spent a good 30 mins cleaning out the cat litter and food before putting my items in the uhaul. When i brought the uhaul back i advised him about the mess and he acted if i was lying about it . I also advised the manager that the gas was not full but i had filled it back to where it was when i picked it up an he told me i had to fill it completely up an they were charging me for not filling it to full. I stated if you do not believe me you should be checking things out for yourself before us customers leave. so i would like a call back to discuss this issue further

Pretty much like the pickup location. Very clean and pleasant location. Associate was extremely friendly and courteous. Again, a great visit and excellent recommendation.
JAY RThere wasn’t a lot of equipment options at this location.
Jason TThe U haul system would not let me return my to my local dealer , which is two blocks away. The system wanted me to return it to a u haul 70 miles away, or 140 miles round trip from home. Finely after much time and hours later this was adjusted to a u haul dealer 17 miles away or a 34 mile trip.
JACK KTo make sure that the location has the equipment that you ordered. So you don’t have to drive all around to find it at different locations.
