When you book a truck, have the truck you booked at the location you booked it, not 30 minutes away in a different state. And when you get there, don't make them wait 20 minutes to get the keys after you have already spent 20 minutes trying to get the app to work. Run down, grimy hotel foyer with unfriendly and unhelpful staff

The people were nice enough, but the truck wasn’t clean. The tank wasn’t full and the blankets that I ordered weren’t there. Why do you let people order supplies to be at your truck knowing that the location won’t have them? This really threw off the packing of the truck. This was my first U-Haul truck rental experience and I think I may go back to Penske. This was not a positive one rental. The truck wheels were out of balance too and it shuttered and shook my entire trip. Absolutely exhausting.
Matt MUpon arrival staff was very unprofessional , they had there young children yelling in back room . When i had picked up the uhaul the staff did not come check the gas tank or back to ensure that it was clean. The gas tank was at 3 quarters of a tank . When i arrived to the location where i was picking up items the back was filthy full of cat litter and cat food an the pacing blanket was all open and it was just a mess. I spent a good 30 mins cleaning out the cat litter and food before putting my items in the uhaul. When i brought the uhaul back i advised him about the mess and he acted if i was lying about it . I also advised the manager that the gas was not full but i had filled it back to where it was when i picked it up an he told me i had to fill it completely up an they were charging me for not filling it to full. I stated if you do not believe me you should be checking things out for yourself before us customers leave. so i would like a call back to discuss this issue further
Cheryl PPretty much like the pickup location. Very clean and pleasant location. Associate was extremely friendly and courteous. Again, a great visit and excellent recommendation.
