Very dirty building in a very rough neighborhood. Online it was listed as open, but no one was there and no one was answering the phone either. I called the phone number in one of my uhaul emails, and luckily Kelly answered. She had been helpful multiple times through my rental process. She helped me find a key drop off box and emailed me a video with instructions. Returning the truck online was a super pain in the but though. If the location is listed as open they should just be open and not make me go through all this. Oh and when Kelly told me to put the dolly I'd rented inside the cab of the uhaul, I took it as the only reasonable option as the trailer door didn't come with a lock, but that hella sucked too. Maybe equip the rentals with locks if your drop off locations will be vacant during business hours?
