I didn’t know if you put TO MUCH GAS back in you don’t get credit ! Has to high for that it was in SMALL Print !! And I was charged 7.00 for dolly did not get one try to call again

KAONTA WThere was no equipment (dolly) when I picked up the truck. I had to tell the person (who was already aware). She also said she’d submit something to take the charge off my bill. That didn’t happen either. I had to go through the chat process to get the credit. This was also the second location I went to to pick up the truck. The first was on 8/28/26 in West Monroe. I got there and was told they were out of equipment. So I drove 30 miles from Ruston, LA tot Monroe, LA for no reason. Then to show up in Monroe to no dolly was about par. Everyone I spoke to was kind, but the system was ridiculous. I will not use this service again.
