If the assistance didn't fail me it would be definitely 5 stars. Equipment clean and well maintained, financial report clear and prompt; extra second day charge reasonable. The worst thing happened to me is the road assistance . The first provider kept us waiting for two hours and cancel the service at last. The second provider said they would arrive within 45 minutes but later says 90 minutes or longer.
