Had to change the trick. The 3xtra equipment I rented was not at the location and the rental was scheduled for 10am but didn't leave until 11:30am

My card was double charged and I still haven’t received my refund.
Jalen IIf the assistance didn't fail me it would be definitely 5 stars. Equipment clean and well maintained, financial report clear and prompt; extra second day charge reasonable. The worst thing happened to me is the road assistance . The first provider kept us waiting for two hours and cancel the service at last. The second provider said they would arrive within 45 minutes but later says 90 minutes or longer.
