No one was at the store at pick up time to properly assist me in getting the van rented. The owner was supposed to show up, and he never did. Then the van was late and getting back. The inside was dirty, and I had to sweep the whole thing out. Pick up time was supposed to be at 8 o’clock, I did not get out of there until 9 o’clock because of issues with trying to check in via the app, which was not working properly, and then they had to do everything manually through the system.
