Absolutely the worst. The U-Haul attendant was rude, barely spoke any English, was disrespectful and argued with me over the gas. I will be filing a formal complaint against both locations. Terrible service.

They charged my card twice for a 1 hr rental. The first was $88.35 and the second was $72.09. Both as separate purchases.
LaSheena AThey do not come out and assist in anyway. The actual rep was not even inside the gas station attendant called her on the phone to complete my pickup. No one explained any of the insurance options with me and there was no information out in the open. Their trailers are not like normal trailer. I had never hooked one up and did it the best I could. The guy walked out visually looked at it, took a picture with an iPad and said I was good to go! I got a mile and a half down the road, hit a bump in the road, the trailer came unhitched and crashed into the tailgate of the truck leaving a hole.
