The thrift store is closed and no longer manned. However, I called the number and left a message that I had left the truck and an hour or so later I received my receipt.

Cheridy V.Wrong mileage entered which caused my account to be charged over $600.00 dollars. My account is under review. The U-Haul app would not allow me to change the mileage. Pictures were taken and are under review for a refund. This is unacceptable because I have other bills that have to wait until I am reimbursed for the U-Haul mistake! Mr. Crowder was very accommodating in helping me to get the help I need to get reimbursed.
