I reserved my uhaul on 9/8 for pickup 10/1 in Moab. I double checked the week before the first and eveerything was set for pickup 10/1 in Moab. The first came, went to Moab only to find out I needed to drive to Monticello, 57 miles south, to get my uhaul. This was unacceptable, I had people lined up to load and the side trip cost me two plus hours and extra fuel. I think some sort of compensation is in order.

SUSAN RSchafer’s is great!
JOSEPH TThe connection is horrible for after hour pick-up. When I called customer service whoever helped me was an ass hole. I asked to leave a customer review where I was told they don't do that.
