had to wait one hour on site. our 15h30 reservation arrived at 16h30. even though I asked for my start time to be change it wasn't so I only got 3 hours even thought i paid for 4. i was told someone from customer service would call me the following monday to make up for the lost time,no one did and i was charge the full amount.
