Van had a really strong smell of fish, horrible. The man taking care of rental didnt have the best of attitudes, wasnt really helpful.
David FTried to return the vehicule 2 days in a row, shop was closed. Was told to park in the parking lot out front and drop the key in a box, but a neighbour threatened to call the police if we did that. Very frustrating and slightly misogynistic interraction with who I understood to be the manager. Wouldn't let me speak and had a very agressive tone, yelling at me and telling me to "stop talking and listen". Spoke to two wonderful U-Haul employees that assured me my case would be taken care of. This manager/location should be shut down. Never has anyone spoke to me like that before, I've always had great experiences with U-Haul.
Kitchen CMa reservation etait prevue pour 10h chez Fujatech. L'employe n'avait pas les cles pour le van qui etait dans la rue. Il a essaye d'appeler son boss qui ne repondait pas (aux 5 minutes). Cela a dure 45min. J"ai appele UHaul en parallele pour voir si je pouvais obtenir un code pour ouvrir la boite a cles et je n'ai pas eu de support. Le jeune n'avait pas le code pour la boite a cles et etait demuni. Je ne le remet pas en cause mais je remets fortement en cause son patron qui n'a pas gere la situation. Nous etions deux clients a attendre et a passer plus de 30min au telephone avec UHaul sans succes. Nous essayions d'avoir un autre van ailleurs pour pouvoir commencer notre demenagement. Je sui partie a 11am, soit une herue de perdue, un van pas propre, mes amis m'attendait devant chez moi. J'avais une livraison qui arrivait deux heures plus tard a ma nouvelle adresse. Cela a ete beaucoup de stress. Je ne recommande pas du tout de passer par Fujatec. C'est un desastre!
Celine PSimply make sure to be open when you’re supposed to. I arrived a few minutes before 10, the shop was closed. At 10 I tried calling the number on the reservation and it it went straight to voicemail. I downloaded the app, tried to complete the check in online but there was no way to get the keys. At 10:45 customer service told me that the reservation would be relocated. At that point I had people waiting over an hour for me. Someone called to say that the owner was on his way, less than 15 minutes. It turned out to be almost 30 minutes. He tried to get wto check in again but someone told him it was done already. He had to come and get things off the van. Upon returning the van another man was there, not really sure of what to do. Wasted over 1:30 minutes of the rental for a subpar van, very dirty..:
