How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy experience was really good at one of the uhaul centers last year. However, this small store was temporarily closed and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the shopkeeper to come back. He charged me additional 40 cad without informing. I got good support from uhaul customer service and got my charges reimbursed by disputing them.
Jatish BThere should be more indication of where the vehicle is and it should be possible to get the vehicle on time. The store owner was 25 minutes late and so I was stuck just waiting unsure of what was going on. Very confusing experience.
Niall BI was charge 20 CAD for overtime while I delivered back the van on time.
