My equipment that I had rented the dolly wasn’t arguable but was just told as I came to pick it up with the vehicle, not even told previously My vehicle that I had rented wasn’t available and was changed to a bigger vehicle instead of asking first, but that at least was done the day before the dolly wasn’t available and was still charged for it
Camelia VIt was a very smooth and good experience. The personnel were extremely nice and helpful. Couldn’t be better.
Oguzhan OVan had a really strong smell of fish, horrible. The man taking care of rental didnt have the best of attitudes, wasnt really helpful.
David FTried to return the vehicule 2 days in a row, shop was closed. Was told to park in the parking lot out front and drop the key in a box, but a neighbour threatened to call the police if we did that. Very frustrating and slightly misogynistic interraction with who I understood to be the manager. Wouldn't let me speak and had a very agressive tone, yelling at me and telling me to "stop talking and listen". Spoke to two wonderful U-Haul employees that assured me my case would be taken care of. This manager/location should be shut down. Never has anyone spoke to me like that before, I've always had great experiences with U-Haul.
