They were supposed to be there and left early. Would not answer my call either. I called repeatedly for 40 minutes. M6 son got ahold of them after hours and they gave us a number to call who gave us another number to call. Eventually we downloaded the app and it would not process. So yet another call to get tech support and they led us to a web app that finally worked...over an hour later we did get the vehicle. Also it only had a little over 3/4 tank of gas and I had to bring it back full or get charged.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSame as the last response, staff was great. But the call center portion was horrible and very unclear.
NICHOLAS SStore employee (grey bearded fellow) leered at us as we dropped off, cut me off before I could drop the key in the drop box, was rude overall, and did his little inspection while we were still there. Very creepy. Will never return to this location.
Chris JVery friendly and professional, service throughout was quick.
Alexis JVery easy rental! Staff is very friendly and helpful!
