I paid alot more then I should have due to issues with the pickup. I made the reservations ahead and it was a specific time ,I was 10 min late , I couldn't find the place ,anyway I was being told I had to also have someone else verify for me and they sent him and text and said he would be contacted. well after hours I got a text saying it's ready, so that meant I went over time the scheduled..This was not my fault. first of the truck wasn't ready I'm supposed to get $50 right ? the uhaul makes.me late and we both called over and over to try to get things going and it said there was a 2.5 -4 hour wait ? so I paid double which I didn't authorize , it was just pulled from my card. I was going to come and talk to someone the next day and "work" things out and it was an instant charge. It put me way behind in alot of other things that also cost me extra in the end due to this. . I won't recommend to anyone as of now , I'm debating on filing a complaint w several agencies and call corporate , I'm undecided as of now. I'm still not happy about that night , why take my reservation and approve it like that ? I had my 16 old son with me he was supposed to be back by a certain time and he ended up being late with me I had to rent a hotel up in the town where he lives at with his dad part time cuz I was too tired to drive so that cost me money and I paid double of what the original estimate was and all because of some verification that I shouldn't have had it done and like I said it says right there if the truck's not ready when reserved I get $50 but instead immediately I got charged double or close to it. plus the truck was dirty not real dirty but it was dirty boxes in the back and stuff but that didn't matter to me I cleaned it out anyway. so let me know if you could do anything about what's going on would have them you can just check with the records I was there I shouldn't have had to prove anything being that you took my reservation.. and I rented several times off you guys with no issues. so I don't know what to say. five seven 0 Hundred one seven sixtysix here is my boyfriend's number who actually paid for it and helped me reserve it. he wasn't in the state for the week due to work. he's the one who will call to complain and make reports so if I were you , I'd call or message him.. He was saying about putting a statement online as well as a video I was recording while crying outside a Empty building in a strange town w my young son just sitting there thinking I was gonna lose my things due to no truck.

Tatiana EThe whole transaction from pickup to drop off was perfect and there is nothing I could complain about...and to be truthfully honest I plan on going back to the location to also get my vehicle repaired...I dont plan on moving again anytime soon but if I do I will definitely rent from clays location.
