My pickup location was supposed to be in downtown Madison. Instead, U-Haul changed the location to a 40 minute drive away in Mount Horeb. This was inconvenient to me.

U-Haul… no one looked at hotel minibars and said, hey, we would love this experience in a moving truck. That stupid bag of blankets attached to the wall was in the way. If we wanted blankets, we would have asked for them. I hate it when companies try to squeeze out a few more pennies at the expense of decent customer experience.
