This location stepped in to save the day. I ordered a U-haul truck from another location but it was not available when I got there, despite a reservation. Customer service found me a truck at this site. BTW customer service said I would get a discount because of the incident and I did not receive it! The situation caused me serious problems when moving because of the delay.

Was told to give the truck back full, drove 17 miles and it cost $40 to fill back up to “ full “ it clearly wasn’t full when given to me and when told the manager of the storage place she only discounted $20 when she clearly didn’t check the truck was full costed me way more than expected and super un happy with the un professionalism
