There is no human being present at this location. I even called the phone number for the location but got no answer so I left a voice mail message but no one returned my call. I ultimately called the Uhaul 800 customer assistance number and at their direction I returned the trailer using the online return service. This location in Murphy is completely unmanned. There was another couple at the location who were picking up a trailer for rental but they had deep concerns about the condition of the tires on the trailer. They ultimately left without renting the trailer because there was no one there to assist.

As noted, Chris has worked at the Trading Post assembling , selling and delivering merchandise for years. He's always nice, helpful and usually can help you find what you're looking for. So, go on down to the Trading Post and check it out. You won't regret it.
