This time when I rented the truck, it was by hours and not by the day, and cost twice as much! The Advertisement is wrong on side of the truck! I had trouble trying to get the truck, and when returning there was issues and they were trying to charge me more when the truck was returned early!!!! The guy at the pick up location on Albert st couldn’t get the computer to work, I had to switch to online pickup. Then I kept getting texts and they kept trying to charge my card for 60 bucks more or something I can’t remember, but my cc was at limit, this time it cost more for less time! Same size as last time I rented! Bull crap! Not even 6 months later and it doubled in price! For less time!!!

Everything is perfect
Oladele OLocation was poorly marked and dropping off the large truck wasn't clear. There was such a small location to park in and it wasn't accessible from both ways on the road so I had to do a circle around the block to park the truck. I also got charged an extra day, despite being told I could pick it up early in my pick up location as the truck was available early. The business neglected to mark that on the contract so the drop off location charged me.
Matthew KShop staff was lovely. However the U-Haul itself was poorly maintained. Garbage was inside the cabin, with cigarette ash inside the cupholders. It appeared as it was not well maintained. Vehicle was also provided with only half tank of gas. Based on condition, it makes me less likely to recommend. Fortunately the box was clean. Padded blankets had burn marks and tears in them as well.
