The app was problematic. Would not allow me to progress through the rental and didn’t give a reason. Only to call for assistance. Luckily there was a helper from UHAUL who was around - Benedict? Can’t recall his name. Anyway, he opened up the office and went through the rental with office computer. After 30 mins I was on my way. Truck ran well, zero issues with app upon return.

Vahan ADo not add unwarranted fuel charges to invoices. After driving only 8 miles and adding over a gallon of fuel, a $13 fuel charge was added to the invoice.
