When I set up the rental, I chose mobile pick up. I got a call to switch the location but when I arrived I was unable to use mobile pick up. Fortunately a staff member helped me even though they weren't technically open yet. This delayed my start time and I felt rushed to return the truck on time. Otherwise I had no issues with the truck and the staff were very helpful in sorting out the mix up.

ed aThe app was problematic. Would not allow me to progress through the rental and didn’t give a reason. Only to call for assistance. Luckily there was a helper from UHAUL who was around - Benedict? Can’t recall his name. Anyway, he opened up the office and went through the rental with office computer. After 30 mins I was on my way. Truck ran well, zero issues with app upon return.
