I had the trailer for 1 hr got a flat tire. It took over 4.5 hrs for a tech to show up and fix the tire. That took another 50 min, I missed my ferry do to this by 20 minutes. Ended up having to get a air bnb for the night.

Below Average -The parking lot needs gravel and levelling(pot holes), but it's shared by heavy trucks so it will need to happen often.. Above Average - U-haul is near a dump transfer station and that is extremely helpful. Get your yard waste, take to transfser station, return trailer immediately - perfect. Excellent - customer relations ; hands on knowledge of the rental equipment. Very helpful - Thanks Anika
Robert TWhen I set up the rental, I chose mobile pick up. I got a call to switch the location but when I arrived I was unable to use mobile pick up. Fortunately a staff member helped me even though they weren't technically open yet. This delayed my start time and I felt rushed to return the truck on time. Otherwise I had no issues with the truck and the staff were very helpful in sorting out the mix up.
