I will never ever recommend U-Haul. They charged us for items we returned to the store. And still haven’t refunded us. If a person reserves a truck in advance it should be available for the move. Not a two day notice before the move that the truck is not longer available. Refund the money required to replace items left behind as they would not fit in the cube van. If a person reserves a truck make sure that you have it available on the day it’s reserved! Obviously.

The representative that was there was polite and she was willing to help complete my drop off so i could leave because I was clearly upset at the location of my drop off. This was the third and final drop off location that uhaul changed .
