EVERYTHING was dirty. There was food and crumbs on the floor and cup holders. The outside was covered in red spots not sure if it was bugs or fruit. We moved in a rainy day, so we relied on the wipers… only to discover that they were SHREDDED. I’ve rented many uhauls and each experience get worse and worse and this one definitely takes the cake. Not to mention the guy working was not personable. When I walked in I said “Hi, I made a reservation for a truck at 11.” He just stared at me and said NOTHING. I then replied with “so what’s next?” When I have to initiate the next steps to the person providing ME a service, it’s automatically inadequate. 0/10… but 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Stephen RWe did have to get a new wiper blade for the drivers side. Thankfully the Load share uhaul folks in Park Forest took care of it for us.
STEPHEN RI drove this truck for 1 mile. They charged me for 29 miles. Will never use this location again. Terrible
