GLORIA BThe location and equipment were all above expectation, especially the clerk who was very helpful. However the check in and return process via the web and app were very frustrating. The web site would not allow me to capture a new photo, or upload one that I had taken myself. When I installed the app to complete the check in process, there was no apparent way to complete the check in process. When retuning the truck, I was able to use the app to capture the requested pictures, however the process was slow and frustrating to try and complete in a busy parking lot.
