NANCY BI was charged $32 for a “Missing/Damage fee” when I left the truck exactly the way I received it, with no damage or content missing. Not sure what happened there…

John CThis location was great. I had 2 other reservations that were not. Woodridge had my reservation and upon arrival had no truck for me. Sunday Mr kwik had my reservation but were closed and do not offer mobile pickups. As Woodridge called me asking if I still needed a truck i called them and waited over 20 minutes on hold to never be answered.
