The location rep. Neglected to check our vehicle back in when returned which resulted in us receiving a threatening letter from UHaul staying they were going to report the vehicle stolen by us!!!!!!! The matter got resolved but unacceptable.

Marian SThe engine sounds like you are driving a big generator not a van and while driving on highway it was not quiet inside the cabin. It was more than 152k miles on van but no proper service was done.
ANIL SI had ordered 2 dozen furniture pads. When I arrived for pick-up, I was informed the pads were not available. They removed the charge. But if I had been told in advance, I would have selected a different location - there are several in the area.
Kathy SAll the hidden charges were not explained to me. The truck says 19.95 per day and it turned out to be $128.00
