Staff was already giving me a hard time to be able to access a U-Haul, yes they read me the instructions but I perfectly understood the assignment and returned the U-Haul to the standers that I was given. My main complaint is I never got my money back as I was told and not only that but I didn’t even used all 50 miles; I got the U-Haul at 140,385 miles and returned it at 140,429 miles.. it doesn’t make sense; and also I over filled it a little over 1/4 on gas; the U-Haul was at 3/8 of gas when I picked it up. If I don’t get my corresponding refund I guess that’s ok, which is not but I just would like for this report and experience I had to be known for anyone and to reconsider this location of pick up, thank you and have a great day.
