This location was great. I had 2 other reservations that were not. Woodridge had my reservation and upon arrival had no truck for me. Sunday Mr kwik had my reservation but were closed and do not offer mobile pickups. As Woodridge called me asking if I still needed a truck i called them and waited over 20 minutes on hold to never be answered.

Scott GUhaul was awful. I originally booked one location. Your representative called me and moved me to a location nearly 30 minutes away due to 'maintenance issues' I was clear that I needed the truck by 8 am and was assured by your representative that I could use mobile pickup. When I arrived the app told me I had to call because of an availability issue. When I called, they told me that the previous rep was wrong and I couldn't get the truck by mobile app. Then they asked if I would wait an hour for the location to open after I had gone out of my way. When I said no, they sent me to a location 20 minutes in a different direction. Then when I asked if there would be some compensation, she said I could apply for the $50 refund and when I asked how, I was put on hold for 40 minutes. 40 minutes. Think about that. Then once someone finally answered, they said they couldn't process it and I had to talk to the location attendant when I returned the truck. That's ridiculous. When I did return the truck, the gentleman was incredibly helpful and understanding, bit said he couldn't process the refund. Eventually, after another 30 minutes of waiting on hold. I received my refund. I would add this, no one except the gas station attendant said sorry. No one at uhaul said, hey we messed up. And I don't believe anyone will follow up or call me to truly understand my frustration, but I am writing this to see is you will.
PETER KI didn't realize where I was going. It was sorry of dark. But the worker was friendly and helpful when I called with a question on my way to return the truck. It was good to be able to drop it off that night.
