Our rental did not have the requested amount of moving blankets, and dollys. The location host was great to ensure we were refunded the amount that wasn't available.

The vehicle is in very poor condition. It was wobbling while driving due to bad wheels. Worst of all is that the vehicle wouldn't start. Had to spend hours outside before it got towed.
