When I returned the van I waited like the sign in the parking lot said for someone to come out and attend to me. After about 8 minutes of no one coming out I had to go in an wait in line for another 15 minutes. If customers keep coming in while someone waits outside they will never get to the person outside, the person waiting inside the vehicle just gets forgotten about and people who come into the store have priority. You should always have at a minimum two employees at all times. When I arrived, there was only one young lady working alone. I waited about 15-20 mins for my turn. She was focusing on assisting to the best of her abilities. She was unable to do a walk through to make sure the trucks / trailers were being given to the customer in the same condition as stipulated on the agreements. I had to attach the trailer myself (first time ever). It could be a safety for many customers. But overall, this is not a complaint and I truly love your facility and how conveniently located it is! Plus it was nice and clean which is always a plus!RE M.

The truck had an overheating issue so instead of 24 hours I had to return it early. To make matters worse I had to drive down the street in said truck because they said it was lower on gas than when I dropped it off. So I drove down the street for over $7Donald W.

I was a little frustrated that I had to drive 40 minutes away for the only available trailer to rent. I was even more frustrated when I accidentally left 3 of the 15 U-Store rented storage boxes I rented at home and was not able to return them to another location. I would have had to drive 40 minutes home, then 40 minutes back to the location and miss my return time window. So instead I bought them out-right for $25 each at $75. This was very frustrating for me and if possible would appreciate some sort of credit if possible. Otherwise, everything was easy and more streamlined than in the past but still can use some improvements.Carlin G.

My reservation was changed several times. I reserved a 15' truck to go one way and eventually was changed to a 10'. I even received an email and call from a service rep â€œguaranteeingâ€ my reservation. My drop off location was changed 3 times even on the day of my move! I will not use Uhaul again.Ron B.
I haven't rented a UHaul truck since the 1990s. Naugatuck location was amazing, the personnel was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to rent from here. I will be back for my next move of my adult child soon I hope. LOLKimberly D.

Make sure the information is correct when going over the ordering process of the truck. I originally ordered online and had the truck for almost 3 days with almost 450miles. However, when dropping truck off at the location in Tilton the employee told me the mileage was for only 350 miles which was not the correct information. Luckily the employee in Tilton waived that fee and made it correct to the original online order.Joseph K.
