Most of the time when I use any given U-Haul it's a pretty average and standard experience. When I approached the manager about the need for another unit, Brittni was extremely helpful and went above and beyond walking me to the different sizes she had available, explaining the prices and the price lock guarantee. She wanted to make I was getting what I really needed not just what I thought I wanted.

The only one who was willing to help me every time i went there (maybe 20 times) was Kenny. the other guys never got off their butts or greeted me, i felt like he did all the work. He deserves a huge raise at the least! I’ve seen him running literally to help other customers and working late after he has clocked out already because other employees didn’t want to do the work. He’s amazing and if you ever lose him as an employee, i don’t think i’d go back there
REGINA S | Overall ExperienceThis location has a serious mice problem. I had to throw away 80% of my belongings because I had mice poop, pee, and their food storage everywhere. They chewed through boxes, burrowed into my clothes and shoes, and ruined it all. Pooped all over my furniture, ridiculous.

Staff informed me I was the only person he has heard this from which I find hard to believe. Don’t leave anything valuable here. They don’t care if your thinfs get ruined
