John, in the New Cumberland location went above and beyond to assist. There was a minor misunderstanding with pick up location. He spent several phone conversations assisting/directing me to his facility. Thank you John! One of the tires on the AT was slightly bald and had a small chunk out of it. No trouble for my trip but it was reported in Panama City, my drop spot. Thank you.
