We picked up the truck around 6pm and were due back around 2am but unfortunately due to the weather we had a bit of a delay so I contacted uhaul customer service immediately and they extended it for a few extra hours free of charge and we're very helpful and understanding. I will definitely be using them whenever I need a uhaul again.
Justin KI have been a customer at this location since 2013. As always the vehicle was clean with perfect attention by the dealer explaining all the latest functions and operating instructions.
Jay EI need to speak to someone this process was totally unacceptable. I reserved the van and was given a truck and was told that they did not have an option. I was overcharged for my original contract from a van to a truck. I ordered blankets and got On Location and the blankets were not in the truck even though I asked at the front desk if it was done and I was told yes I literally had to go almost 20 miles to find the Home Depot to purchase blankets to then use them to them, bring them back and I get it not only more gas but the additional miles and when I came back to the office I was told nothing can be done about it. I just totally unacceptable.
