Nothing really. I booked it in person. They were helpful in advising on the right size truck (they showed me what they had for vans to box truck) and suggested best value for the trip I was making. Equally helpful in asking if I needed any other supplies like boxes, paper to wrap and tape for the box - I needed all that!! Overall, friendly, helpful and smooth process
