Extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Forgot our hitch pin and they gave us one to use. Had an issue with Uhaul installed wiring harness and they went above and beyond to try and help figure it out. I had to go back next day to pick up as I needed to install new wiring. Great service, the best I have ever experienced with dealing with Uhaul.
