We reserved a furniture dolly and they removed it without telling us. Had to drive 40 miles out of my way to rent one from Home Depot.
Laurie GSafety Hazzard!! We had to stop using our truck due to the fact my husband felt UNSAFE awhile driving. The threads on the tires were in horrible condition. When we returned it my husband showed the employee the tires. I hope this review reaches upper management. People’s lives are being put at risk. In all our years of renting from this company…we never had this problem. Very unsatisfied to say the least.
