It was an absolute nightmare. 0-10 stars and would not recommend. The app is garbage and the key code just disappeared when I was trying to retrieve the van. Took the hour I needed the van to figure it out and then try and find the van which wasn’t on the location listed. The manager who called me was very smug in their tone which wasn’t helpful at all. Definitely going to Home Depot next time I need to rent a vehicle. Not worth the hassle or headache. Customer before me didn’t fill the gas tank, breaks sounded like they were rusted over.
Chad CMake it more obvious you have to refuel afterwards. Fine print is not enough, Ridiculous to charge $20 for using less than 1/8 a tank of gas.
