The drop off was easy. The man was very nice, knew what he was doing, and was fairly efficient. It's not that the location wasn't clean, it was just crowded with stuff. But it's not a big Uhaul place, it's an automotive shop. Uhaul dealing is just one of the services. I recommend using them despite the "messiness."
