My original reservation was not accessible via the app on my phone so the business owner tried to make a reservation for me on his computer. this man was 76 years old and could not troubleshoot any of the issues we ran into. Additionally, while driving the truck, the check engine light came on, and we were unable to use the ramp to load furniture because the latch bar for the lock would not sit properly and was blocking the ramp from being extended. It took us 45 minutes to an hour to finally receive the truck. This was a most stressful and frustrating experience.

Aurelien HThe drop off was easy. The man was very nice, knew what he was doing, and was fairly efficient. It's not that the location wasn't clean, it was just crowded with stuff. But it's not a big Uhaul place, it's an automotive shop. Uhaul dealing is just one of the services. I recommend using them despite the "messiness."
