Please require additional training for staff handling the U-Haul rentals. I was chanted for insurance when my reservation didn’t have it, and then told by site rep that I needed to call UHaul to get it removed.

Trina WFuck the uhaul website and app. It's dogshit. The location services never work, the app can't figure out how to upload photos, and sometimes the website just times out halfway through putting your information in, which forces you to restart the whole process. So Fuck You, Uhaul. Eat a bag of shit. I'll just rent a truck from Lowes or Home Depot. You're not special.
