They were not prepared for our pickup. The supplies we ordered were incomplete and unavailable. The clerk did not appear to have had the necessary training for this service. Disappointing.

Carol TPlease require additional training for staff handling the U-Haul rentals. I was chanted for insurance when my reservation didn’t have it, and then told by site rep that I needed to call UHaul to get it removed.
