I feel it cannot be improved. I choose that location planning to do self-check-in & -out with the app. But because I was later to arrive meaning that I arrived at a time when the staff is on site, I did the check-in and check-out with the staff and it worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would rent from there again.

Todd EI spent an hour trying to check in, and the staff were unable to help me. I understand that they are not a U-Haul store, so it’s ok. I just would like to check in easier next time
Chloe FProduce store clerk provided really good customer service, but didn't have the key available upon arrival, and apologized for this. Rental location is not in the best area due to parking. Everything around had a limit of 2-hour parking; had to park at the Cinema parking 2 blocks away. Clerk was friendly however, which was a plus.
