We were running late for a drop off due to traffic and I called the location to inform them about it, to what the representative said that there is a $500 fine for a late return. This is a complete bs and they didn’t charge us at the end, but I suppose they just wanted to stress us out. You should revisit how you treat the customers.

Heith GI had issues returning my rental since two different locations were displayed in the email confirmation and my Uhaul account online. The staff were very patient. Even though they couldn't find a way to help return the truck the first day, they helped me find a parking. Anderson and another staff member were able to help me solve the problem professionally and efficiently the next day.
