TIMOTHY SMy experience on 1/21/2026 was hands down the best I received in all the years I've rented U-Haul trucks. The owners were kind, professional, and efficient. They were courteous of my time and respected me as a human being. I was not just the next number in line. I received excellent service and a brand new truck with a backup camera. I had several other locations, much closer to me, that opened early, but I didn't want them. I needed and desired great customer service, not just a truck for a few hours. This move has been stressful for my family and me, and choosing this particular location took some weight off us. I need to do another move in the upcoming months, and I'm definitely going back to this location. To the owners: Thank you for making things so easy for my family and me. Please continue providing exceptional service its needed in this world. I thank you and your family.
