Everything went smoothly, but the van smelled like cigarettes, which I did not enjoy. I had to drive with the windows open to air out the smell.

Dwyonita WLots of parking but I will say I would prefer to drop the keys in a lockbox vs. hand them to a guy at the counter, one slip up by him with those keys and I'll be held responsible.
