Gas was not full. Agent at site insisted redoing everything, took 30 min. Plan was return same day closest to Dayton. Didn't get reset up that way. Cost us extra miles/dollars.

STEVEN KOur first time dropping a truck. Well signed property. Did not get the name of lady at front desk but she was warm and friendly. I came back in with paperwork and keys and gentleman in office greeted me warmly and told me he would check the truck in for me. Moving is awful but sure nice to interact with good people at the beginning and end your move.
