Quick drop site, closed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday but able to use drop box on gate. Third party company is responsive to text messages for photos of drop and verification

Jerold SThere was a mix up in the number of days that I used the rental, but when u-haul discovered the mix up they called me right away and made it right. I couldn’t ask for better customer service, I would highly recommend their location for rental assistance.
Bobbie GThe people at Signature Paving were kind and pleasant to work with. The van cab reeked of animal urine. My husband had to clean by hand the floor mats and all plastic interior surfaces, but the fabric of both seats were saturated with the smell. We didn't have time to modify the rental, but rather had to cover both seats with towels to reduce the smell, and still came away from the drive with our personal clothing smelling of urine. The van functioned for our needs, but the experience was deeply unpleasant.

Jordan NOwner was lazy and told the receptionist to help me unload my vehicle from auto transport. Neither one of us knew what we were doing but got it accomplished. Then he wanted me to bring the truck back and park it where he wanted it. They charged me for gasoline when the vehicle was already filled up to where I left it. I will be calling Uhaul for a refund as I have my original contract and a picture of the gas level when I dropped the truck off. I feel like this location (excluding Jill) was lazy and a ripoff.

Michael HThe rental pick up location and service was amazing. The online system however is another story. We reserved a van online for 1 day use, completed adding my information as prompted, entered payment card information and uploaded a photo of my drivers license to expedite the pick up process. That very same night my card information was used by someone who stole it ( I’m assuming from the website service) close to $1,000 of fraudulent transactions were made between grubhub and harbor freight. We immediately contacted our bank to report the fraudulent transactions and cancel the card. I expected a much better protected service from such a large company. Lesson learned. The downside is that a card number is required to reserve a rental.

Jay SThe truck was dirty, no biggie for me as I was only using it to move a toolbox. The folks were nice but they said they couldn't accept my $20 certificate issued by U-haul because they didn't have the ability. Not sure what that meant other than I expected to only pay about $30 bucks and it ended up costing me almost $60. I guess U-haul dollars don't work at U-haul locations. Sucks to be me, maybe next time I'll use Hertz or Budget.

John BFull versus partially filled gas tanks are much easier to return with the same level of fuel on board. But it's probably a revenue source for you!

Jenifer BAgent was pleasant and informative. Booking online was easy, with one exception. Having to go deselect a bunch of supply add-ons before checking out was a bit deceptive. A rushed person might not notice, and pay for unnecessary things. Kinda sneaky and underhanded, IMHO.
