Drop off location was almost impossible to find. The GPS took me to the wrong place and the name of the location was not even on Google maps. However, when I finally found a number to call, the lady was very helpful.

marvin wThere was a fee added to the total. When I asked her what it was for, she told me we went over on mileage. When I proved to her that we didn't go over on mileage she said it was because the tank had less gas in it than when we picked it up. When I proved to her the the gauge had more that what we picked it up with, (with a picture of the gauge) she said it was for missing furniture blankets. If that was true then it was my fault for trusting the person we picked it up from as I did not count them. Thats what i get for trusting a Uhaul representive.
DeAnn RU-Haul changed my pick up location to day before I had pick up. I had to drive further to get the trailer, even though I reserved the trailer almost a month and a half in advance.
