There was no equipment in the uhsul which is why I said no to the clean and well maintained. You need a n/a botton for that question. As far as the location it was self service. I dropped my driver's license and credit card in the and didn't realize until after I had put the keys in the drop box. So I was able to call the business that tends to the box and they helped. I was truly grateful for them doing it.

They don’t answer their phone with a person. All of it is automated which makes the process much more difficult for the customer than it should be.
