Allow pickup and dropoff at later times
JEFFREY WIt just felt a little shady when he didn’t want to check the vehicle in in my presence. And thee high amount of gas charged for a vehicle that was only driven 10 miles and never idled I later found out the insurance was optional after it was all said and done
ALTON WWhat personnel? There is no one at the location, and it's in downtown Newport in a seedy area. I stand by what I said in the pickup comments--this company has gone so far to grab money that they have virtually no employees, no customer service, and God in His mercy help you if you can't follow the sketchy clues on how to drop off everything and catalogue your return PERFECTLY for the company you just paid handsomely to borrow a truck.
John BEverything was good until I needed to just rent a appliance dolly on December 5th and they said they don't just rent appliance dolly out. So I had to go find another dealer that would and someone told me that this place doesn't like to play in sandbox like others do. Lol
