Kim was great! She listened to my concerns regarding the pick-up location of the truck and was apologetic because she did not have the truck at her location so that my experience was all around positive! As it was, the location/experience where I picked up the truck was very poor. Kim was cooperative, very good at making sure I knew how to drive the truck with the auto transporter. Wished I could have dealt with her only!
