Jeff HThe large trailer I rented has no jack attachment...these are very heavy and in the event of a emergency a single person couldn't handle the weight ...I tried lifting and hurt my back ..this issue needs fixed it's very dangerous 😡
Timothy PThe location was good . However it was not where I set the reservation at. U-Haul change the location on my twice and sent me to a location that did not have the equipment. Very frustrating to be sent all over town looking for the equipment. I will look elsewhere the next time I rent moving equipment .
