My pick up location was changed. Got to the new location 45 minutes away to find that location closed and for sale sign on the wall. Then had to drive half an hour back the opposite direction to get the trailer. That was not swept out so I returned it as I got it

MAANISH BTow dolly was reserved a week in advance. At time of pickup, the tong(ball receiver) was frozen in about 3” of ice, both tie straps were badly frayed and tangled, safety cables only had one leg and brake away safety cable was no longer existent. I do realize these units are not that costly to rent but come on U-Haul team… I would expect at least a little look over equipment before it goes out on rental! Such a shame.
