It would be a good idea to keep the ratchets lubricated !! They we're rusty and dried up when i picked up the trailer .. thanks

There was lots of wood in the uhaul that we had to move to use the space

Lucien CThe trailer I rented on the website was not available in North Bay, even though Sto & Go is selected as my location. I was asked to rent a larger trailer at 2x the cost. The normal response to this situation is to provide the upgrade or larger trailer at the same cost as the one originally rented by the customer.
