ive had multiple bookings with these guys, and both of them were a disaster. no one is even on site, you talk to the guy at the gas station who has no clue what hes doing. i literally sat there for 20 minutes while he tried to call the guy but got no answer. and then when i drop the truck back off the owner tries to check me for being rude to him on the phone. idk how you guys are even affiliated with uhaul and youve made me never want to use them again, i only used you because alpha fleet management is gone, terrible service, rude, wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Nothing - perfect
Janice COnly one spot for parking in the alley, extremely dirty and filled with trash from homeless people. Had there been another vehicle there, I would not have a place to park as they only have one spot, the rest belongs to the hookah lounge
