The person we dealt with was exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten her name. Considering we don’t rent cube vans often she really walked us through everything and made it so simple. I’d definitely rent again and would go out of my way to come to this location!

Victor NTell people the app doesn’t go “active” for checkin until the pickup time. We were wondering if the app would work. Also, the app didn’t allow for a smooth checkin as it wouldn’t let us move forward with the pictures.
