Even though this location did not have our return in there system (as I said above, we were not informed that the delivery location had beed changed) they were courteous and efficient in researching the issue, and made it possible for us to return the truck to their location. Crystal and Ann are exemplary representatives for not only Postal Bee but UHaul as well. They should be recognised and rewarded appropriately. Brava to them both!
