U-Haul roof leaked all over our belongings and the representative refused to do anything about it . She told me to call U-Haul. Even though they are the ones who should be filing the claims as the U-Haul dealer! Antique furniture and other items like mattresses etc got very wet and damaged. Also, instead of taking it back next day I asked if we could bring in later since store says open till ten pm. She said could bring in until ten pm (we were doing this to help them not us, as we pains for 24 hours! We were trying to help them for the person who reserved in the am!) when we arrived at 9:45 she came outside and was rude and upset! Said we closing 15 minutes and we normally charge $20.00 to come late in the evening. I said “why did you tell me to come until ten pm than get upset we came before ten pm and threaten to charge $20.00?” Would not recommend this location. I now will be calling corporate to advise of my damage she refused to do her job to help with and regarding the rudeness and the threat to charge more!

Some reviews I saw said they had issues at this location, I did not. The lady who rented me the truck was nice and knew what she was doing, renting was easy, the truck was in good shape, and the return was easy too. Not a single problem.
Mike DIf your address and phone number doesn't reflect what's online we have a problem. I'm addition to that the lady working there act like we wanted to kidnap her and all I asked for was a receipt. DON'T GO HERE
