First the location didn’t have anything showing it was a U-Haul center. I had to park next to a U-Haul and ask if this was the location. Then the paper I received at the pick up location showed me I needed to return the truck with 3/4 of a tank, when I arrived at the drop off location the lady stated I needed to fill it to 3/8 of a tank and was telling me that the paper was wrong and there is nothing she can do about it because the pick up location was wrong. Which they weren’t because not only did they tell me it’s 3/4 of a tank the paperwork showed me the same but the worker at the drop off location kept insisting to put more gas in. Ultimately I filled it to what she said. I would never choose the north Ridgeville. Location for business again. Horrible service
